I refer to the Great Southern Landfill site at Allawuna Farm and I ask:(a) Has any person or organisation outside government requested a meeting with the Minister about the Great Southern Landfill:(i) if yes, who requested those meetings;(ii) on what dates were these meeting requests made;(iii) were those requests for in person meetings, phone calls or written submissions;(iv) was the Minister available for any of these meetings:(A) if not, why was the Minister unavailable;(v) has the Minister's office documented all such meeting requests;(b) Has the Minister met with representatives from the Shire of York regarding this proposal:(i) if yes, on what dates and what was the outcome; and(ii) if not, why has no meeting occurred;(c) Has the Minister ever met with the Shires of Toodyay or Mundaring regarding this proposal:(i) if yes, on what dates and what was the outcome; and(ii) if not, why has no meeting occurred;(d) Has the Minister ever met with the Avon Valley Residents Association regarding this proposal:(i) if yes, on what dates and what was the outcome; and(ii) if not, why has no meeting occurred;(e) Has the Minister ever met with the York Business Association regarding this proposal:(i) if yes, on what dates and what was the outcome; and(ii) if not, why has no meeting occurred;(f) Has the Minister ever met directly with the neighbours of the proposed landfill site:(i) if yes, on what date and what issued were raised; and(ii) if not, why has no meeting occurred; and(g) Has the Minister or Minister's office ever met with representatives from Alkina Holdings Pty Ltd:(i) if yes:(A) on what dates did these meetings occur;(B) who from the Minister's office attended those meetings;(C) what was discussed in these meetings;(D) did any meeting specifically relate to conditions of approval;(E) were minutes of all meetings recorded and published;(F) were any conflicts of interest disclosed by any party;(ii) if not, why has no meeting occurred; and(iii) Did the Minister receive gifts, hospitality or travel from Alkina Holdings or associated parties:(A) if so, what was received and when?

Answer
(a) Yes. Ministerial meeting requests are subject to an administrative process and responded to based on a range of factors, including Ministerial availability, adviser responsibility, urgency and nature of the request.
All Ministerial correspondence is documented and stored appropriately within a Department of Premier and Cabinet approved customer relationship management software.
All stakeholder meetings are undertaken with the highest expectation of integrity from both stakeholders and Ministerial office representatives.
(b) No.
(i) N/A
(ii) One of my Ministerial advisers met with the Shire of York.
(c) – (f) No, I have not met with these groups around the proposal.
(g) I met with representatives of Alkina Holdings and Instant Waste Management on 17 April 2025 to discuss their involvement in the circular economy and waste management. I also visited Instant Waste Management’s recycling facility in Bayswater on 17 July 2025 to view its operations. I have not received any gifts, hospitality or travel from Alkina Holdings or associated parties, save for cannoli, fruit juice and water served during my visit to the Bayswater facility.
