With respect to services contracted with Apex Radiology for the provision of radiology reporting and procedural services for the WA Country Health Service (WACHS), can the Minister advise:
(a) The value of the contract for the periods 01/10/20 to 30/09/21, 01/10/21 to 30/09/22, 01/10/22 to 30/09/23, 01/10/23 to 30/09/24 and 01/10/24 to 30/09/25;
(b) For each of these time periods at what locations were these services provided and at what cost at each location;
(c) Were these contracts awarded through an open tender process, if not why; and
(d) What is the reason for the significant increase in contract value for the period 01/10/24 to 30/09/25?
