(1) I refer to Question 1932 (1)(a) and (b), 2(a) and 3 and the respective responses answered on 14 April 2026 regarding “Construction costs relation to the New Armadale Courthouse and Police Complex” (Contract Reference Number BMW0479418). In furtherance of these responses, I ask the following
:
(a) Regarding answer 1932 (1)(b), what was the basis for these payments over the original fixed price contract if they were not COVID related; and; and
(b) If the amounts represented any bail-out payment(s) in support of the contractor, please provide a breakdown of these payments by the following trade categories:
(i) Fire Sprinklers;
(ii) Electrical;
(iii) Hydraulic;
(iv) Fire (Dry);
(v) Security;
(vi) Mechanical;
(vii) Lifts; and
(viii) Other?
(2) I refer to answer 1932(3), confirming payments were made from the $30 million COVID relief scheme fund in respect of the New Armadale Courthouse and Police Complex, and I ask what the total value of payments made from this fund in relation to this contract were:
(a) Specifically, would the Minister please provide a breakdown of the allocation of payments from the $30 million COVID relief scheme fund in respect of the New Armadale Courthouse and Police Complex, by the following trade categories
:
(i) Fire Sprinklers;
(ii) Electrical;
(iii) Hydraulic;
(iv) Fire (Dry);
(v) Security;
(vi) Mechanical;
(vii) Lifts; and
