Economic Regulation Authority's role in applying the new facilities investment
test to government procurement.(1) Is the ERA assessing proposed developments
from the Clean Energy Link projects overseen by the Department of Energy and
Economic Diversification with a new facilities investment test?(2) If no to (1), why not and has the ERA been sidelined
for new renewable energy projects?(3) If yes to (1), what new facilities investment test
assessments have been completed on which of the government's clean energy
projects?(4) Which of those reports in (3) are publicly
available and will the Treasurer please table all those reports?

Hon Samantha Rowe replied:I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question and provide the following
answer on behalf of the Treasurer.(1)–(4) No. The ERA considers and approves
Western Power's access arrangement every five years. The next access
arrangement proposal is due in February 2027.
