Question
I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment (Office of Major Transport and Infrastructure Delivery – Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct Summary Assessment Report), released in February 2026, which states that the Government’s business case provided only “high level detail regarding the project scope” (page 3), and I ask:(a) what specific elements of the project were not sufficiently defined at the time of Infrastructure WA’s assessment; and(b) what further information or documentation did Infrastructure WA indicate was required in order to properly assess the proposal?
