Question
I refer to enabling infrastructure for housing and the METRONET Station Precincts Gateway document, published on 9 November 2021, which identifies a percentage score for "Readiness - utilities infrastructure rating" for each of the 25 station precincts identified in the document in relation to supporting new housing, and I ask:(a) for each of the following station precincts on the Forrestfield-Airport Link Line, listed below with their "Utilities infrastructure rating" as of the 2021 document, what is their current utilities infrastructure rating and what works, if any, have been done since 2021 to improve each score:(i) Redcliffe - 20%; and(ii) High Wycombe - 13%?
