Regarding the Community Housing Registration Office (CHRO), I ask:(a) how many times has the CHRO been contacted by a member of the public, either by email or phone, in the last year?
Answer
(a) The Community Housing Registration Office (CHRO) does not record the number of calls received from members of the public. However, since 1 July 2025, the CHRO central mailbox has received 2,779 emails from non-government email addresses. The majority of these emails were from registered and unregistered community housing providers.
