(a) Has the Department undertaken any assessment of the findings of that Inquiry:
(i) If yes, on what date was the assessment completed
; and
(ii) will the Minister table that assessment; and
(b) Which recommendations of the Queensland Inquiry has the WA Government determined to implement
:
(i) partially implement; and
(ii) not implement?
(2) Has the Government considered
:
(a) Ministerial approval of WA Return Recycle Renew Ltd (WARRRL) board appointments;
(b) an independent complaints mechanism; and
(c) additional integrity and accountability measures for WARRRL:
(i) If yes to the above, what determination has been made in relation to each matter?
(3) Does the Minister have any role in approving, reviewing or endorsing appointments to the WARRRL Board:
(a) If yes, what role?
