I refer to Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) projects in WA and I ask:
(a) How many HAFF dwellings in WA are being delivered on government-owned land provided at discounted or nil cost, and if yes what is the estimated total land value;
(b) How many HAFF-supported projects in WA were already in advanced planning or procurement stages before Commonwealth funding was announced;
(c) How many social and affordable dwellings promised under HAFF in Western Australia have been cancelled, deferred or materially redesigned since announcement;
(d) What percentage of HAFF-funded dwellings in Western Australia will be classified as social housing, affordable rental housing; or key worker accommodation respectively;
(e) What income thresholds and rent-setting methodologies are being applied to determine “affordable housing” eligibility under HAFF projects in WA specifically; and
(f) Have any WA HAFF projects required renegotiation due to insolvency risks, builder withdrawal or escalating financing costs?
