During Estimates Hearings on 19 May, 2026 I asked the Minister how many additional doctors, nurses and allied health professionals had been budgeted for to staff the new Mt Lawley Hospital when it comes under the control of the Government, to which I received answers including offers of employment have been made and the mix of services will change over time. I ask again therefore, can the Minister advise:
(a) What number of additional doctors, nurses and allied health professionals the Government has budgetted for the new Mt Lawley Hospital when it comes under the control of the Government;
(b) How many offers of employment have been made to doctors, nurses and allied health professionals, when were these offers made and how were they made; and
(c) Whether there will be an additional 118 beds added to the public system once the Government takes official possession of the hospital in September 2026?
