I refer to an answer to QON 2043 answered on 14 May 2026 and I ask:
(a) How many High Risk Serious Offenders are currently under community supervision orders in WA and are receiving NDIS support packages;
(b) How many individuals are currently receiving accommodation from Corrective Services, Department of Communities, NDIS, or the Community Offender Monitoring Unit via the Dangerous Sexual Offender Supported Accommodation Program which is the responsibility of Corrective Services;
(c) How many High Risk Serious Offenders intentionally compromised their electronic monitoring equipment to evade supervision, please provide a total number if recorded? If these statistics are not recorded, why not; and
(d) How many NDIS support workers, or other support workers, have reported assaults, harassment or other threats from High Risk Serious Offenders under supervision orders in the community, please provide a total figure? If these statistics are not recorded, why not?
