I refer the Minister to the particular impact of drug-driving laws on regional Western Australians, many of whom have limited access to public transport, specialist medical care, and alternative transport options, and I ask:
(a) for each Western Australian (WA) Police district or region, how many Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) positive roadside drug tests were recorded across each of the past five financial years;
(b) can the Minister please provide the figures broken down by THC-only, THC plus alcohol, and THC plus other drugs;
(c) have either WA Police or the Road Safety Commission assessed whether the present law has a disproportionate impact on regional medicinal cannabis patients; and
(d) if no such assessment from (c), has been undertaken, will the Minister request one?
