Can the Minister advise:
(a) When did the Mount Hospital complete the $40m refurbishment as part of a modernisation program agreed with the Health Department;
(b) When did the Licensing Accreditation and Regulatory Unit (LARU) in the Department of Health commence its regulatory process to issue an Authorisation to Occupy (ATO) certification to the hospital;
(c) Has an ATO ben issued to the hospital and if so when;
(d) If the ATO has not been issued, why;
(e) Has the work undertaken by the LARU been considered as part of the Government's decision to underwrite the transfer of ownership of the hospital;
(f) Which party is responsible for addressing the issues raised by the LARU and what is the estimated cost;
(g) Is the Government undertaking a separate examination of the condition of the hospital, if so when and can the report be tabled;
(h) If this report has already been completed can it be tabled, what is the estimated cost of addressing the issues contained in the report and who is responsible for this cost; and
(i) Will the LARU be required to issue an ATO for the Mount Hospital prior to the new arrangements for management of the hospital occur?
