I refer to playground equipment in Western Australian public schools, and I ask:
(a) In each of the past five years, how many Western Australian public schools have been directed by the Department of Education to remove playground equipment on the basis that it was defective, at end-of-life or non-compliant;
(b) Please list each of those schools by the year the directive was given; and
(c) In how many of the instances in (a) was no equivalent playground installed as a replacement?
