I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment (Office of Major Transport and Infrastructure Delivery – Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct Summary Assessment Report), released in February 2026, which notes that detailed planning and design development has been ongoing since the business case dated November 2025 was issued, and I ask:(a) what additional design development has been completed since November 2025; and(b) what agencies, consultants or contractors have been responsible for undertaking this design development work?
