I refer to a contract awarded to KPMG Australia by the Department of Transport, entitled: 'WA Government Entity Establishment - Lessons Learned and Roadmap' (DOT413124) which was for a 'Consultant to develop a report for Lessons Learned and Roadmap' and I ask:
(a) What were the purposes of this contract and what were the outputs;
(b) What actions were taken by the Department after receiving the recommendations or findings of the report from KPMG; and
(c) Can a copy of this report be provided to parliament? If not, why not.?
