I refer to the percentage of the Art Gallery of Western Australia's collection stored to the required standard (as noted in the 2026-27 Budget) and ask:
(a) How is "stored to the required standard" defined for the purposes of this Key Effectiveness Indicator;
(b) What standards, guidelines or benchmarks are used to assess compliance:
(i) When were those standards, guidelines, benchmarks or assessment methodologies last amended; and
(ii) What changes, if any, were made as part of the most recent amendment;
(c) How frequently is compliance assessed;
(d) What factors contributed to the fall in the percentage to an estimated 93 per cent in 2025-26;
(e) What actions, initiatives, policy changes or capital works are expected to increase the percentage to 98 per cent for the 2026–27 Budget Target;
(f) How many collection items were not stored to the required standard in:
(i) 2024-25; and
(ii) 2025-26;
(g) What was the total number of collection items used to calculate this Key Effectiveness Indicator in:
(i) 2024-25; and
(ii) 2025-26; and
(h) As at the most recent compliance assessment:
(i) How many collection items were not stored to the required standard; and
(ii) On what date was that assessment undertaken?
