I refer to the Alkimos seawater desalination plant project, and I ask:(a) has any communication, agreement, arrangement or understanding been made or formed between the Alkimos Seawater Alliance and any union or unions, which mandate, encourage, suggest or recommend that unions are notified of the names of any subcontractors undertaking any contracted works at a cost of $1 million or more, prior to the undertaking of those contracted works; and(b) if yes to (a), can the Minister table the relevant documents, such as correspondence or agreement in writing, demonstrating (a)?
