I refer to project management, strategic advisory and superintendency services provided by Bridge42 Consulting to the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) and/or DevelopmentWA for "DPIRD Metropolitan Headquarters", and I ask:
(a) on what dates was Bridge42 Consulting engaged by DPIRD and/or DevelopmentWA;
(b) what procurement process was used to engage Bridge42 Consulting in each instance;
(c) was the engagement awarded through a public tender process, panel arrangement, direct appointment or other procurement method;
(d) for each engagement, what was the contracted value of the work;
(e) for each engagement, what was the final amount paid to Bridge42 Consulting;
(f) what specific services was Bridge42 Consulting contracted to provide under each engagement;
(g) what projects, programs or developments were the subject of these services;
(h) who within DPIRD and/or DevelopmentWA was responsible for overseeing and managing each engagement;
(i) what reports, recommendations or other documents were produced by Bridge42 Consulting under each engagement;
(j) have the projects associated with these engagements been completed and, if not, what is their current status; and
(k) will the Minister table copies of the contracts, project briefs, scopes of work and final reports and, if not, why not?
