David Pye—Medication
301. Hon Nick Goiran to
the minister representing the Minister for Corrective
Services:
I refer to the
answer on 18 March 2026 to my question without notice 182 asked on 17 March
2026 in which the house was informed that the department was redacting
sensitive matters within the document to enable compliance with the request
that it be tabled.
(1) Will the minister now table, either
in full or redacted form, the Health Services
Policy, MM05: Formulary and Prescribing Restricted Medication ?
(2) Has it been reviewed since its last
review on 20 January 2026?
(3) If yes to (2), when did this occur
and what was the cause and outcome?
(4) Is the minister aware that the lawyer
for David Pye has informed the court of his client's intention to appeal his
conviction?

I thank the member
for some notice of the question. The following has been provided to me by the
Minister for Corrective Services.
(1) Yes. The member's question was
whether that will be tabled either in full or redacted form. I do not have a
copy to table so I will follow up and find that because that obviously has been
agreed to. There may be some misunderstanding as to where that should be
tabled. We will follow that up with the minister for you.
(2) No.
(3) Not applicable.
