I refer to the impending establishment of Thriving Kids from 1 October 2026, and its subsequent staged expansion, and I ask:
(a) Has the State Government conducted or received any modelling about the number of children who will require access to Foundational Supports from 1 October 2026 and in the transition period that follows;
(b) Has the State Government conducted or received any modelling on the human impact of this change and the service gaps that the State Government will need to cover to support children across this period; and
(c) If ‘Yes’ to (a) and (b), please outline the findings of this modelling?
