Can the Minister advise:
(a) When did discussions commence between the Government and Bethesda Health Care regarding management of the Mount Hospital;
(b) Which party initiated the discussions and when was a formal agreement reached;
(c) Did the Government consider any other health care providers, if so which ones and if not, why not;
(d) Have any examinations been undertaken of the Mount Hospital's infrastructure, if so, can these reports be tabled;
(e) Based on these reports what are the issues to be addressed in the hospital's infrastructure and what is the estimated cost;
(f) If these examinations of the hospital infrastructure have not been undertaken, when will they and can they be tabled;
(g) Is there a requirement for the Licensing, Accreditation and Regulatory Unit of the Department of Health to issue an Authority to Occupy certificate prior to Bethesda Health Care taking on management of the hospital;
(h) When will Bethesda Health Care take on management responsibility of the hospital; and
(i) What specific commitments has the Government made to Bethesda Health Care as a condition of their management of the hospital?
