(a) How many Section 18 consents under the reinstated Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 have been granted since 2021;
(b) How many heritage sites have been damaged or destroyed since 2021; and
(c) How many applications are currently before the Minister under the 1972 Act for consent to impact heritage sites, and what is the average processing time?
