Question
Can the Minister advise what steps the Government is taking to resolve the ongoing inactivity of other high-profile stalled privately owned sites, including:(a) the Oceans site at Scarborough (Scarborough Beach Road & West Coast Highway), which remains a vacant fenced site following previously proposed private development proposals;(b) the Kings Perth Hotel site at 517 Hay Street in the Perth CBD, which has no recent development applications lodged; and(c) for each site listed above in (a)-(b), can the Minister:(i) detail the current ownership arrangements;(ii) provide the latest status of planning approvals, sale processes or redevelopment proposals; and(iii) provide any Government interventions planned or underway to activate these sites rather than leave them dormant?
