Woodside Energy—Scott Reef
199. Hon Sophie McNeill to the Leader of the House
representing the Premier:
I refer to the
Premier's vocal public support for Woodside's proposed Browse gas project on
top of the pristine Scott Reef off the Kimberley coast, and I note that Scott
Reef is a crucial feeding ground for migratory marine life, as well as home to
several endangered and threatened marine species such as the pygmy blue whale.
How many meetings with representatives of Woodside Energy has the Premier or
representatives of the Premier had with the fossil fuel giant since the March 2025
state election?
