(a) has the Government developed any formal policies, guidelines, assessment criteria or procedural fairness safeguards to ensure applications are assessed consistently and transparently;
(b) will those documents be publicly released to industry participants prior to the commencement of authorisation assessments; and
(c) what review, appeal or reconsideration rights will be available to applicants affected by adverse determinations?
