I refer to Section 91 Licenses, and I ask:
(a) Did the Department verify that the Section 91 Licence (7 April 2026) was validly executed by Kzemos Australia Pty Ltd in accordance with section 127(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) before granting consent under section 18 on 28 April 2026;
(b) Did the Department verify a compliant $20,000,000 public liability insurance certificate covering the full term of the licence and lease (including August 2026) before granting that consent;
(c) If either was not verified at the time, has compliant documentation since been obtained, and does the Department consider the Section 91 Licence to be validly executed and currently in force; and
(d) Will the Minister table the executed Section 91 Licence, the insurance certificates of currency held for its full term, and any departmental assessment of Corporations Act compliance?
