I refer to mining approvals in Western Australia, and I ask:(a) How many mining lease applications are currently pending beyond the statutory determination timeframe, and what is the average processing delay;(b) What is the oldest currently pending application by tenure type, expressed in days since lodgement, and what is the reason for the delay;(c) How many applications currently pending have been awaiting determination for more than 6, 12, 24, and 36 months respectively;(d) What is the total number of applications lodged, determined, withdrawn, and lapsed in each financial year below broken down by tenure type:(i) 2021-22;(ii) 2022-23;(iii) 2023-24; and(iv) 2024-25;(e) How many applications exceeded the statutory timeframe in each financial year below and what was the total cumulative days of delay across all overdue applications in each year:(i) 2021-22;(ii) 2022-23;(iii) 2023-24; and(iv) 2024-25; and(f) What is the current ratio of pending applications to processing staff, and how does this compare to the equivalent ratio in FY 2020–21?
