I refer to crash towing industry reforms, and I ask:
(a) in relation to the Government’s economic modelling and analysis underpinning the “Maximum fees and charges for crash towing and storage in the Perth-Peel region” report dated 18 March 2024:
(i) did any modelling, sensitivity testing, draft material or internal advice identify risks relating to industry viability, reduced operator participation or reduced emergency towing capability;
(ii) were any such findings or analysis excluded, omitted or redacted from publicly released versions of the modelling or supporting documents; and
(iii) what consideration has been given to those risks in the implementation of the current towing reforms?
