I refer to the provision of PET-CT services at Fiona Stanley Hospital, and ask:
(a) were any issues of double billing or billing irregularities raised for radiology services;
(b) were private medical imaging services being undertaken inside the public radiology PET-CT department;
(c) if so, were the costs associated with using public infrastructure and associated resources (like isotope) managed in accordance with the Departments manual for private Medicare billing; and
(d) what changes to these services were made in 2025 and why?
