With respect to the Government's purchase of Mt Lawley Hospital can the Minister advise:
(a) Whether Housing and Works undertook an assessment of the condition of the hospital, if so when and on what date was a report provided to the Department of Health;
(b) In providing this report to the Department of Health, did Housing and Works provide any accompanying briefing notes and recommendations, if so when;
(c) Can a copy of the building condition report and any accompanying and or subsequent briefing notes from Housing and Works to the Department of Health be provided; and
(d) What was Housing and Work's assessment of the costs associated in remediating the issues identified in the building condition report?
