I refer to the physical building assets within the Minister’s portfolios, and ask: (a) As at 1 April 2026, for each asset that is vacant, unused, or surplus to requirements: (i) what is the asset and where is it located; (ii) which agency is responsible for it; (iii) since when has the asset been vacant, unused or surplus to requirements; (iv) is the asset on the State Register of Heritage Places or any other heritage listing type; and (v) what plans, if any, exist to refurbish, repurpose or dispose of it?
