I refer to the Ministerial Code of Conduct in WA and I ask:
(a) Between 2017 and the present date, how many Ministerial breaches or alleged breaches of the Code were reported to the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) Directors General either by a Minister or a public officer;
(b) How many of these breaches were brought to the attention of the Premier (either the then-Premier or the current);
(c) How many of the alleged breaches of the Ministerial Code of Conduct have been formally assessed by the Department in each year since 2017;
(d) Which officer or unit within the Department is responsible for monitoring compliance with the Ministerial Code of Conduct;
(e) Of those breaches in (c), how many resulted in:
(i) formal findings;
(ii) remedial action;
(iii) ministerial reprimands;
(iv) resignation requests, or; and
(v) referrals to integrity agencies;
(f) Does the Department maintain a register of complaints or allegations relating to ministerial conduct? If so, how many entries are currently recorded; and
(g) Has the Department ever commissioned external legal advice, either the State Solicitor's Office (SSO), or advice from barristers, regarding interpretation or enforcement of the Ministerial Code of Conduct? If so how many times since 2017?
