I refer to Native Title compensation in Western Australia:
(a) Has the State or Federal Government modelled the fiscal impact of the High Court's 2025 Gumatj compensation decision on WA's own native title compensation liability, and if so, will that modelling be released publicly;
(b) What is the State Government's current contingent liability for unresolved native title compensation claims in Western Australia, including the Yindjibarndi Ngurra claim over Fortescue's Solomon Hub;
(c) Why did it take the State Government two years after repealing the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 to announce a targeted review; and
(d) What engagement, and with which parties, has the Government conducted with Traditional Owner groups about the targeted review?
