supervision order
360. Hon Nick Goiran to
the minister representing the Minister for Corrective
Services:
I refer to the
answer on 6 May 2026 to my question without notice 279 regarding the review
conducted following the distressing attack near the Whitfords train station by
Mark Anthony Jr Unchango.
(1) What were the review's five
recommendations that the minister says have all been implemented?
(2) Has the minister received any written
report, briefing note or other document confirming that those recommendations
have actually been implemented?
(3) If yes to (2), who provided that
confirmation and what is the date of the document?
(4) Further to (3), will the minister
table the document, either in full or redacted form?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
