I refer to the Government's media statement of 31 March 2026 regarding FORM's Creative Schools program and I ask:(a) please identify the 10 schools who will benefit from the program in 2026;(b) for each of the following years, by region, please list identify the schools at which the program was delivered:(i) 2018;(ii) 2019;(iii) 2020;(iv) 2021;(v) 2022;(vi) 2023;(vii) 2024; and(viii) 2025; and(c) what criteria and procedures are used to assess and select participating schools, teachers, or creative practitioners?
