I refer to the statement "The move to in-house delivery has resulted in more than 550 new permanent positions in regional areas improving the cost, efficiency, capability and responsiveness of our road maintenance and minor works services." from the Main Roads Annual Report 2025, and I ask:(a) Was a report prepared to examine the costs and benefits of in-house delivery;(b) If yes to (a):(i) What was the name of this report;(ii) What was the date of this report; and(iii) What were the recommendations of this report;(c) What specific cost savings will be realised;(d) What specific efficiency dividends will be realised;(e) What capacity changes will be realised;(f) How will responsiveness improve; and(g) What is the total financial benefit of this move?
