In relation to the Government's purchase of Mt Lawley Hospital, will the Minister:
(a) Provide a copy of the building condition report submitted to the Department of Health prior to the purchase of the hospital;
(b) When was the hospital inspected and when was the report provided to the Department of Health;
(c) Advise whether this report and or associated advice was considered as part of the decision making process to purchase the hospital;
(d) Advise the categorisation of issues in the report (for example, critical, urgent, serious etc) and what were the specific issues that were identified as critical in addressing first;
(e) List the items idenfied under each of these catgeories;
(f) Advise of what critical and urgent work has already been carried out and what remains;
(g) The total funding allocated for remediation of building issues and the timeframe for completing them;
(h) Whether remediation works will be completed prior to the hospital opening, or whether they will be undertaken as part of ongoing works once the hospital is open;
(i) Whether any concrete cancer has been identfied and what action is proposed to deal with it;
(j) Apart from the Building Report were any briefing notes or advice provided regarding the condition of the hospital and if so when and can they be provided; and
(k) Are there any other private hospitals or facilties currently being considered or examined for purchase by the State Government, if so which ones?
