I refer to the stakeholder survey associated with the Office of Multicultural Interests key effectiveness indicator, and I ask
:
(a) How does the Office of Multicultural Interests define a "stakeholder" for the purposes of this survey;
(b) What process was used to identify and invite individuals eligible to participate in the stakeholder survey;
(c) Were respondents required to demonstrate any prior engagement with the Office of Multicultural Interests before participating in the survey to verify that they were stakeholders rather than members of the general public;
(d) Were respondents required to identify the organisation, community or multicultural group, business, government agency, local government, or other stakeholder category they represented and, if so:
(i) What categories were recorded;
(e) How many respondents indicated that they had previously engaged with, received services from, attended events organised by, or otherwise interacted with the Office of Multicultural Interests in:
(i) 2023–24;
(ii) 2024–25; and
(iii) 2025–26;
(f) Which organisation, consultant, market research firm, or other entity undertook the stakeholder survey in each financial year for:
