I refer to Clean Energy Link - North Project and I ask:
(a) Given the Government intends to fast-track approvals under the State Development Act, what specific environmental, landholder, or community consultation processes will now be shortened or streamlined;
(b) How many landholders along the 354-kilometre corridor have formally objected to the project, and what compensation liability has been budgeted by Western Power;
(c) Can the Minister confirm how many private landholders along the Clean Energy Link - North corridor will have transmission easements imposed over their properties, and what total area of productive farmland will be affected;
(d) Can the Minister confirm that no compulsory acquisition powers will be used against unwilling landholders, and if not, how many compulsory acquisition notices are currently required;
(e) What compensation framework applies to affected landholders;
(f) Has the Government received legal advice regarding potential liability for bushfire risk associated with new high-voltage infrastructure crossing regional farming land;
(g) Can the Minister explain how the project interacts with the Yamatji Nation Indigenous Land Use Agreement and whether the corridor traverses land subject to Yamatji settlement provisions;
(h) How many registered Aboriginal heritage sites, ethnographic sites, or culturally significant areas fall within or adjacent to the proposed corridor footprint;
(i) What funding has been allocated specifically for Aboriginal heritage surveys, cultural monitoring, environmental monitoring, or compensation connected to the project;
(j) Can the Minister confirm whether any part of the corridor crosses conservation estate or jointly managed land connected to the Yamatji settlement area; and
(k) How many separate complaints have been received from Traditional Owners regarding consultation practices for the project?
