(1) Since 1 January 2021, has the department, or any agency within the Minister's portfolio, engaged any consultants, contractors or external advisers to provide advice, analysis, modelling, strategy development, business cases, implementation plans or recommendations relating to decarbonisation, emissions reduction, net zero, renewable energy, renewable hydrogen, carbon abatement, climate policy or energy transition initiatives

(2) if yes to (1) for each engagement identify:
(a) the name of the consultant, contractor or adviser;
(b) the purpose and scope of the engagement;
(c) the specific initiative, project, program or policy to which the engagement related;
(d) the commencement and completion dates;
(e) the procurement method used;
(f) the total contract value and total expenditure to date; and
(g) whether any final reports, recommendations or deliverables have been completed and provided to Government?
(3) For each report, review or recommendation arising from the engagements identified in (1), has the Government accepted, partially accepted or rejected the recommendations?
(4) Will the Minister table any reports, reviews or recommendations produced under these engagements and, if not, why not?
