Question
I refer to the Report on Overseas Air Travel for the 3 months to 31 December 2024 and trip by M Bendotti to New Zealand for the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) from 17 November 2024 to 14 December 2024. Can the Minister advise:(a) That the EMPA referred to as being attended by M Bendotti is the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) EMPA which several other public servants attended from 17 to 23 November 2024;(b) If so, why does the travel for M Bendotti end on 14 December, approximately three weeks after the course concluded; and(c) How did M Bendotti spend this additional time?
Answer
(a-c) There was an administrative error in the Report on Overseas Air Travel, M Bendotti returned on 23 November 2024. I have requested that an amended report is tabled.
