I refer the Minister to roadside oral-fluid drug testing as currently practiced here in Western Australia (WA), and I ask:
(a) what oral-fluid testing devices are currently used by WA Police for roadside Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) detection;
(b) what is the manufacturer-stated cut-off level for THC detection for each device;
(c) what advice has the Government received on the period during which a lawful medicinal cannabis patient may test positive after use, despite no longer being impaired; and
(d) will the Minister table any scientific or operational advice relied upon by WA Police and/or the Road Safety Commission in relation to THC detection windows?
