I refer to the Commonwealth Minister for the Environment's decision to approve the North West Shelf Extension under the EPBC Act, following accredited assessment undertaken by the State Government, and I ask:
(a) was the Proposed Decision to approve the proposal under the EPBC Act provided to the State Government;
(b) were the Proposed Conditions provided to the WA Government by the Commonwealth Minister or DCCEEW:
(i) please table any information on response provided by the state government; and
(c) was there any other correspondence between the State and Commonwealth Governments during the process of consulting on Proposed Conditions by the Commonwealth Minister:
