The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC)is responsible for providing administration support to Ministerial Offices and in that context, I ask the following:
(a) Does DPC maintain a registry or list of hospitality, which I understand is treated differently to gifts as per Questions on Notice 1882 and 1883, for staff working in Ministerial offices;
(b) If yes to (a), can a copy of this list be provided for 2024-25 and 2025-26, noting that if it is considered appropriate to remove the names of individuals then please do so? If not why not;
(c) Does a registry or list exist for departmental staff; and
(d) If yes to (c), can a copy of the list for 2024-25 and for 25-26 be provided, noting that if it is considered appropriate to remove the names of individuals then please do so? If not why not?
