(1) What is WA Police’s understanding of Fremantle Port Authority’s role in identifying, reporting or escalating suspicious cargo, suspected contraband or organised crime activity at Fremantle Port?
(2) Has WA Police provided any guidance, advice or training to Fremantle Port Authority about reporting suspicious cargo, suspected contraband or organised crime activity?
(3) If yes to (2), please provide:
(a) the date;
(b) the nature of the guidance, advice or training;
(c) whether it related to illicit tobacco, illegal vapes or organised crime; and
(d) whether it was provided in writing?
(4) Since 1 July 2025, has WA Police received any report, referral or notification from Fremantle Port Authority relating to:
(a) suspicious cargo;
(b) suspected contraband;
(c) illicit tobacco;
(d) illegal vaping products;
(e) organised crime;
(f) suspicious vehicles; and
(g) unauthorised access?
(5) If yes to (4), please provide the number of reports by category?
