At Budget Estimates for the 2025-26 Budget (Committee A, 3 July 2025) I queried the expansion of neonatal

(a) When did the consultation process commence and when did it end;
(b) Who was consulted and when;
(c) What is proposed for this neonatal service;
(d) When will construction commence and when is it likely to be completed;
(e) What is the projected cost; and
(f) Where exactly will the service be located?
