I refer to "The Precincts" program announced in 2018, and I ask:
(a) what is the total public money spent to date across all stalled or delayed government-led infill housing projects (including Connect Joondalup, Bentley, Beaconsfield, Cannington, Hamilton Hill, and other Development WA/Department of Communities sites) on planning, consultants, site preparation, and holding costs; and
(b) could the Minister provide a suburb-by-suburb breakdown of announced homes versus homes delivered for all major and minor government housing infill projects announced since 2017?
