The Ministerial Taskforce into Public Mental Health and
Services for Infants and Adolescents made 32 recommendations and when I raised the issue in 2025-26 Budget Estimates (1 July 2025) I was advised that the recommendations were not there to be ticked off, rather it was a process to transform the system over a number
of years. Can the Minister advise:
(a) Now that nearly a further 12 months have passed, what progress has been made on these recommendations; and
(b) Is there some point in the future where it is envisioned these recommendations will be fully implemented?
