(a) Why does the funding profile increase in the out years and the FHRIF funding profile decrease over this same period;
(b) Typically, what projects are funded;
(c) Are there funding rounds of grants for which applications are invited and if so, when;
(d) How are decisions made regarding the allocation of the funding; and
(e) Is there any connection between the FHRIF and this separate program of funding?
